Bomono Farm-out Extension

On 6 March 2017 Victoria Oil & Gas Plc, a Cameroon energy utility, announced that the Company and Bowleven Oil & Gas Plc (“Bowleven”), the African focused oil and gas exploration company, had signed a farm-out agreement (“the Agreement”) relating to the Bomono production sharing contract.

Successful Flow Tests and First Production Gas from Logbaba Well La-107

Following the drilling update of 17 August 2017, Victoria Oil & Gas Plc is pleased to announce successful flow tests and first production gas from the Logbaba La-107 well. The well reached target depth of 3,180m, the base of the Logbaba Formation, encountering a total of 58m of net gas bearing sands in the Upper and Lower Logbaba Formations.

Gas in Pipeline Pressurised to Eneo Power Stations

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc announces that Gaz du Cameroun S.A. ("GDC"), its wholly owned subsidiary, has successfully completed pipeline pressure testing up to the boundaries of the Bassa and Logbaba power stations located in the port-city of Douala, Cameroon. GDC will now commence installing pressure reduction and metering units at both stations.

Pilot Borehole Completed Under Wouri River for Bonaberi Gas Supply, Cameroon

VOG, the emerging Cameroon utility company, announces that drilling of a 678m single shot pilot borehole was completed under the Wouri River to Bonaberi in Douala, Cameroon on 31 July 2014. Once the borehole is reamed out and all pipework connected and tested, this extension will open a new market for Gaz du Cameroun (”GDC”), the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Eleven Gas Supply Agreements (”GSAs”) have been signed to date with Bonaberi customers and others are under negotiation. 

Gas Supply & Operations Update, Cameroon

Victoria Oil and Gas Plc, the emerging African energy utility company, today announces an update on its Logbaba gas supply operations in the industrial port city of Douala, Cameroon, operated by wholly owned subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun S.A ("GDC"). The announcement is the first update which includes supply to both thermal and gas fired electricity generation (“Genset”) customers.

Gensets Installed and Connected, Cameroon

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc, the emerging African energy utility company, today announces that its operating subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun S.A. ("GDC"), has connected 3 gas fired Gensets at 3 customer sites located in Douala, Cameroon: Camlait (dairy), Icrafon (plastic moldings) and SCTB (flour mill). The remaining 3 Gensets located at the Guinness Brewery are all installed and connected to the GDC gas supply network. The Gensets at the Guinness Brewery are expected to be brought online soon following a production tie-in period. The Company is also currently scheduled to connect a customer-owned Genset which has arrived in Douala at its site later this year.

Logbaba Project Update - Cameroon

Victoria Oil and Gas Plc, the emerging African energy utility company, today announces that its operating subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun S.A ("GDC"), will commence the 1km gas pipeline crossing under the Wouri River to Bonaberi. GDC has completed initial project planning, including environmental and safety analyses and has received all the necessary permits, including the grant of Certificate of Environmental Conformity by the Minister in Charge of Environment, Nature protection and Sustainable Development.

Operational Break-even Achieved, Cameroon

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc ("VOG" or "the Company"), the emerging African energy utility company, today announces that gas supplied to customers by the Company's operating subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun ("GDC"), has averaged 3.2mmscf/d for February production to date. At this supply rate the Company is pleased to confirm that GDC is now above break-even on a cash flow basis.

Gaz du Cameroun S.A. Signs Loan Agreement & Customs Bond Facility with BGFIBank of Cameroon

Victoria Oil & Gas Plc, the emerging African energy utility company, is today pleased to announce that it has signed a loan agreement and Customs bond facility between its Cameroonian operating subsidiary, Gaz du Cameroun S.A. ("GDC"), and BGFIBank ("BGFI") of Cameroon.
