Bowleven Update on Proposed Acquisition of Licence Interests in Tanzania

Bowleven, the Africa focused oil and gas exploration group traded on AIM, announces that, further to the announcement of 19 November 2015, it has decided not to pursue its interest in the proposed acquisition from Aminex PLC of a 25% interest in the Kiliwani North Development Licence and a 50% interest in the Ruvuma PSA, in Tanzania, following the completion of due diligence.

Pancontinental Kenya L6 Clarification

Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL (“Pancontinental”) refers to the statement made by FAR Limited (“FAR”) in its quarterly report (“FAR’s Quarterly”) for the quarter ending 31 December 2015 that it has issued a default notice to Pancontinental on the asserted basis of the non-payment by Pancontinental of 2 cash calls issued during 2015 (“the 2015 Cash Calls”). Unfortunately that statement did not report the fact that those cash calls and the default notice were disputed by Pancontinental on 9 September 2015.

3D Seismic Programme Commenced, Namibia

Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR), the Atlantic margins focused oil and gas exploration company, today announces that in conjunction with its partners AziNam (20%), NAMCOR (10%) and Ignitus (5%), it has commenced a 3D seismic acquisition survey of approximately 2,600 square km in Blocks 2312 & 2412A (the "Central Blocks") offshore Namibia. The survey is being conducted by PGS Exploration (UK) Limited and will fulfil the work commitment for the Central Blocks.

Eni and Anadarko set the unitization of Area 4 and 1 in the Rovuma Basin offshore Mozambique

Eni and Anadarko announce that, following the signing of the Unitization and Unit Operating Agreement (UUOA) and in full agreement with all the concessionaries of the projects, a unitization was set out for the development of natural gas reservoirs straddling Areas 4 and 1 in the Rovuma Basin, offshore Mozambique. Area 4 is operated by Eni East Africa while Area 1 is operated by Anadarko Mozambique Area 1 Ltd.

Anadarko Achieves New Mozambique LNG Milestones

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation  (NYSE: APC) today announced that, along with the concessionaires of Offshore Area 1 (operated by Anadarko Mozambique Area 1 Ltd.
